Product Delivery and Transportation

The company ensures that all products purchased through our website will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process. The estimated delivery time is within 4-5 business days.

Please note:

• The company is not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
• Products will be shipped only to the address specified at the time of purchase. Customers cannot pick up orders from the company's offices unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Returns & Cancellations

Our return and cancellation policy complies with the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 5771-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Transaction Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order by contacting our customer service via phone or email. A cancellation request will be considered valid only after receiving written confirmation from the company via fax or email.

If the cancellation request is approved:

• The product must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
• The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the company will issue a refund for the product cost within 30 days, excluding shipping fees.
  
  

Transaction Cancellation After Product Delivery

If the cancellation is requested after the product has been delivered, the customer:

• Must return the product at their own expense.
